Children's Clothes Closet Report with the Great Community Give (GCG)
The Children's Clothes Closet finished with $13,385 from the GCG. BUT WAIT -THAT IS NOT ALL!! In addition, they won the $700 prize money for the Brunch Bunch Power Hour (sponsored by LD&B Insurance) AND they won the first place prize of $5500 for being the "Small Nonprofit" raising the most money during the event (including early giving). This was truly an amazing fundraiser for the Children's Clothes Closet, but it would not have been possible without the the generous support of everyone who participated.  THANK YOU so much not just for supporting the GCG, but for your support throughout the year. The lives of many children and families will be blessed from your generosity and continued support of this wonderful ministry outreach. - Dawn Kern.

The Circle of Love is selling carnations as their annual fundraiser.  Purchase a carnation in memory (white) or in honor (red) of your mother or other special women in your life.  There will be a table in the breezeway with order forms and envelopes.  Please place your order with payment in the envelope and place it in the basket.  The carnations are $2.00 each, paid by cash or checks made out to BUWF (Bridgewater United Women in Faith).  May 7 is the last day you can order.  The carnations will be in the church on Mother’s Day, May 11.  Thank you.    —Circle of Love

Relay For Life of the American Cancer Society is coming up soon. Funds raised support cancer research and services for patients with cancer and their loved ones. This year's theme for our local Relay For Life is Carnival for a Cure. For more information about what Relay For Life is and how you can get involved contact Robin in the office.

There are plenty of fun activities for the whole family planned for Relay For Life on May 3, including a cornhole tournament!

See below for some of the activities, fundraisers and food which will be available. There will be something for everyone!

We're just one week away from the event!

We will kick off all Relay activities & entertainment at 5:00 PM, but the Live Auction & Cornhole Tournament will take place earlier in the day starting at 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM respectively.

Our traditional “Opening Celebration Ceremony” will take place at 5:00 PM.
During this time we’ll hear from an amazing Survivor Speaker, Crissy Brooks, which will be followed by several special laps - the Survivor Lap, the Caregiver Lap and the Parade of Teams Lap!

Be sure to gather your team together at this time to cheer on our Survivors & Caregivers and walk the Teams Lap together!

If you’re a Survivor or Caregiver those laps will start at the arch by the stage!
Besides the Survivor Lap, we have a few other special things planned for our Survivors at Relay!
There will be a Survivor Hospitality Area in the Chicken Shack!
Survivors can also participate in Survivor Trick-or-Treat.
Several Relay Teams have signed up to offer a treat for Survivors at their campsite.
Trick-or-Treat bags and a list of participating teams can be picked up in the Chicken Shack.
