Pick up a purple bracelet today at Bridgewater United Methodist Church! 

THE SUGGESTED RULES FOR THE 21-DAY CHALLENGE TO NO COMPLAINING, CRITICIZING, AND GOSSIPING: (Or A 21-Day Fast From Negativity)

1. I will begin to wear the bracelet, on either wrist 
 
2. When I catch myself complaining, gossiping or criticizing I will forgive myself and move the bracelet to the other arm and begin the 21 days again.  
 
3. If I hear someone else who is wearing a bracelet complain, I may point out his or her need to switch the bracelet to the other arm; BUT if I’m going to do this, I must move my bracelet first! 
 
4. I will stay with it. It may take many months but when I reach 21 days I will find that my overall life is happier, more loving, more positive and more abundant.

5. I will work at developing the new habit of expressing gratitude for my life and sharing grace with others instead of blaming, criticizing and gossiping about them.
